narrative

This is a teaser I edited for another student’s narrative short film where I also was slate, grip, script super on set.

This was a fun short film made in 2 days for a class at American University.

This was my first narrative short film that I wrote, directed, and edited this in high school. It was my first a lot of things, including: working with actors, using Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
A girl in a not-so-distant future discovers the history of her planet is not what it seems.
Shot in 3 days with a budget of $200. This video is the extended version of the short film “Bell” submitted to the Houston Cinema Arts Society in order to include all of the credits.

I wrote, directed, shot, and edited this video essay when I was applying to colleges in the Fall of 2016.
I could talk about the specific people and places that made me who I am but instead I am sharing a small part of myself in my video essay: My love for rainy nights. In the video the rain and night are symbols for my surroundings that inspire me. Did water and darkness really tell me stories? No, but I wanted to show that every little thing inspires me to create.
